Offset Printing - Offset Printed lapel pins are made by taking your artwork and converting it to a film slide. That slide is then used to create a printing plate for each color. The color plates are then printed onto the metal, and dried in an oven before printing the next color. The pins are then cut to the shape of your design. Finally, an optional clear protective coating (dome) is applied for added durability.
Offset printed lapel pins are perfect for high resolution designs that have gradients (color changes), fades, shadows or other effects.
